Sales & Marketing Administrator
Full-time, £18,000 pa
Based at our head office in Derbyshire
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join the team at our head office in Belper, Derbyshire.
Your key activites will be developing social media campaigns, managing customer enquiries via the company CRM, and liaising with training delegates to ensure a high quality experience.
Other duties will include assisting the Marketing Manager with generating content for the website, managing Google Adwords campaigns, creating engaging email newsletters and other related marketing activities. You will also analyse competitor activity, website performance (using Google Analytics), and search engine rankings to inform future activity.

Excellent written and spoken English
You need to be able to communicate in an appropriate and professional manner with colleagues and customers
You’ll have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel
Social media savvy
Enthusiasm for social media and an understanding of how it can be effectively used for marketing
You’ll have strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing your workload
You should have experience of direct customer contact (telephone or face-to-face), with a strong customer service ethic
English and Maths (grade C or above)
Degree / marketing qualification
A degree in a related subject or a marketing qualification is desirable but not essential
Experience of updating and maintaining customer information on a CRM
Familiarity with Adobe applications, especially Photoshop and InDesign
SEO, Adwords & Analytics
Understanding of search engine optimisation, Google Analytics and Adwords
Experience of event planning and/or the training/education sector
