Mediation Showcase Event

29th March 2019

14:00

Sometimes you just need to see something in action to appreciate the benefits and understand how it works. Mediation is no exception.

Many of you have probably heard or read about mediation or been aware that it has gone on around you. Unless you have been personally involved in a mediation case, however, the chances are that you’ve never seen a live mediation in action.

We’ve organised this event so that anyone with an interest in mediation, whether it be workplace, family or tenancy related, can see for themselves the benefits of this way of resolving conflict. We will be showing you a simulated workplace mediation case, running you through our seven-stage mediation model, as well as a short presentation on the underlying theory. When we’ve run these showcases in the past, attendees have been fascinated by how the process works and have been able to see the potential for mediation in their own practices or organisations.

Held at our training venue in London, Etc Venues Fenchurch Street, guests will also be treated to complementary hot drinks and snacks, whilst also having the opportunity to chat to the UK Mediation team about any queries they may have.

Book your free place by completing the registration form below.

Who are UK Mediation?

Founded in 1999 by Dr Mike Talbot, UK Mediation have come to be recognised as the pioneering thought leader in mediation and mediation training.

Based in the United Kingdom and operating all over the world, UK Mediation uses only the most experienced mediators and adult educators: resolving disputes for people or training them how to do it for themselves.

We are mediation specialists. We understand how and why mediation works, we are experts in training and qualifying mediators, and we are passionate about what we do.

We know that a lot of mediators are throwing accreditations round like they are going out of fashion, so we will make it simple. We have all of the accreditations you would expect as well as Ofqual and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Not to mention we are the only mediation company to carry the Investors in People and ISO9001 awards.
