Train to mediate with young people

If you want to begin a career as a mediator working with young people, or want to gain Registered Mediator status, this course will equip you with all of the necessary skills. Holders of the Interpersonal Mediation Practitioner's Certificate are qualified to work with a range of interpersonal disputes, and is ideal for those looking to use a structured mediation model in order to manage family conflict, helping to restore, rebuild and sometimes restructure family relationships, often at a point where a young person is at risk of homelessness.

This 40 hour professional training course is nationally accredited by AIM Awards (formerly NOCN East Midlands) at Level 4 – the only course in the country to be offered at this level. We are also a Solicitors Regulation Authority authorised external CPD course provider, and therefore CPD points are available for this particular programme. This is the benchmark for practicing mediators in the UK, whether you are using the skills within your existing role or are looking to offer your services on a freelance basis.
