Mediation services

Mediation is about choosing to resolve a dispute without the need for courts or tribunals, judges or arbitrators.

It is a quick, effective and inexpensive way to resolve a dispute that the parties can’t seem to settle for themselves. It uses a trained mediator who is an expert in helping parties to find a resolution, and unlike arbitration or the legal route, mediation ends with a win-win solution. Both sides gain something from mediation and nobody feels as though they have lost.

We categorise our mediation services into two categories: mediation for you and mediation for your organisation.
