Firstly, we are the mediation specialists and we don’t do anything else. We have over 10 years’ experience of specialising in mediation and have an enormous amount of expertise and experience in this field.

Our courses have been constantly developed and updated, during which time we have trained approximately 3,000 mediators. Our courses reflect our specialisation in the field, and the lessons we have learned from training so many people over such a short period has resulted in improving our courses.

Compared to other courses ours are:

• Delivered by a qualified trainer – All of our trainers are fully qualified mediators and are members of the UKRM. Aside to this they are also qualified in adult education, holding a minimum of City & Guilds 730, PGCE, Cert Ed., or close equivalent.

• Delivered by a trainer who is also a practising mediator – This might seem strange, but some providers do not offer this. We pride ourselves on this fact, ensuring that they all have an active caseload, and have experience in the specific area of mediation in which they train. This way they can provide you with up-to-date dispute scenarios during the training programmes.

• Offer ongoing support to learners – Our aim is to ensure that our learners get all the help they need in getting the most from their training. We never allow any delegate to fail the course, which is why we strongly believe in providing ongoing support from the trainer that delivered your course.

• Externally accredited and monitored courses – We have gained well-deserved external recognition for the excellence of our training, by earning our status as an accrediting centre for the National Open College Network, and by becoming recognised providers of continuing professional development for both The Law Society and The Bar Council.

• We are that confident in both our prices and the quality of our training that we can offer a price match. If you have already had a quotation for an equivalent training programme with another provider, give us a call and we will try to match the price.

• We offer a progression route - For those wishing to pursue mediation as a major part of their professional activity, we offer a whole range of professional practice courses. This way you can develop your mediation skills and gain recognised certification in the process.

• Deliver an all inclusive price – The price of the course covers training, handouts, registration and certification with the OCN, as well as ongoing support. There are no extra charges.

• We can provide a list of previously trained customers – As we are extremely confident in our ability to deliver excellent courses, we can provide you with the details of past learners to vouch for our claims. We also like to retain contact with all customers and see how they are using their mediation qualification.
