For those of you visiting the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) annual conference and exhibition this year, we would be pleased for you to visit us at Stand 406.

We are regular exhibitors at the Exhibition and it is always good to have a chat and hear the views of our customers - past, present and future. This year, we will be offering advice regarding mediation in the workplace and how this fits in with the new ACAS Code of Practice for workplace disputes. This year, we are also proud to be presenting the Showcase "So we've all got to be mediators now, have we?"  - a lighthearted and interactive presentation addressing:

• what is expected of employees in relation to mediation
• who to use internally to mediate and
• how to decide when to bring in an external mediator
