Further to a recent article in Guardian Weekend magazine (23rd May 2009), we are pleased to see the use of mediation being promoted as a fast, efficient and viable method of resolving neighbour disputes.
At this time of year, neighbour disputes rise as we all spend more time outdoors and tending to the garden. Boundary disputes, noise, overhanging folliage and trees can all cause a breakdown in relationship and strained conversations.
Mediation can help by helping both parties reach an acceptable agreement and helping to maintain relationships. If you would like more information, then we would be pleased to offer you some advice. Alternatively, you may wish to visit our community mediation pages which list mediation services in your area.
