This Easter, 100,000 British holiday makers face travel disruption if BA's pilots choose strike action.

In an agreement between BA and the British Air Line Pilots Association, the dispute will be taken to mediation with the hope of resolving concerns over pay and conditions if the launch of subsidiary company OpenSkies goes ahead.
