We are currently experiencing high demand from solicitors, accountants and law professionals for our Accredited Commercial Mediation training course. A contributing factor behind the increase in mediation is that solicitors are referring cases to trained mediators, when they could gain a qualification themselves and mediate between the disputing parties. They also have the power to create binding contracts, which is certainly beneficial at the end of a mediation case.
