- to provide high quality, nationally accredited mediation training courses to individuals and organisations wishing to practise as mediators
- to develop a unique range of conflict resolution and mediation services to respond to the changing needs of individuals and organisations throughout the UK and beyond
UK Mediation is a member of the Civil Mediation Council. We provide extremely high quality mediation training, and with a culture of continuous improvement, and adhering to the Investors in People standards, this training continues to be unrivalled throughout the UK.
The team at UK Mediation come from backgrounds including higher education, law, counselling, coaching, and HR, while our panel of mediators is drawn from an even wider variety of places: civil engineering, housing, teaching, equality & diversity, and many more.
We operate in the UK and overseas, and have involvement in projects in Austria, Ireland, Malta, Greece, Nigeria, Jordan, and beyond. Our network continues to grow, and we are constantly working to apply the many lessons we have learned in more and more situations, and to more and more organisations and legislations.
What we do
Conflict is normal and inevitable. It happens wherever people have to work together, live together, or do business together. It can be well managed or poorly managed, and can lead to growth, progression and learning, or to expense, frustration, litigation, and high personal cost.
What we do is help you to resolve conflict better: whether supplying a mediator or conflict coach, or training you how to manage conflict & disputes for yourself, our aim is to help you to minimise the expense, delay and distraction that conflict can bring, and to maximise the personal, organisational, and financial benefits of managing conflict more positively.
Equality Statement
UK Mediation treats employees, customers and suppliers equally and with respect. This is irrespective of disabilities, race, gender, age, faith and belief or sexual orientation. Equality and Diversity is constantly promoted and monitored, and remains a priority in all aspects of our business.
