What this means to you
This accreditation shows our commitment to leadership, support and improvement throughout the organisation, its people and services - the three main elements that make up the IIP standard.

AIM Awards

What it is
A national awarding organisation offering qualifications regulated by Ofqual (the Office of Qualifications and Examinations).

What this means to you
By training with UK Mediation, you can be assured that your qualification has been developed with a recognised awarding body and been externally accredited.

Solicitors Regulation Authority

What it is
Regulators of Solicitors, law firms and other organisations in the legal sector.

What this means to you
UK Mediation courses undertaken by SRA members represent CPD (Continuing Professional Development) hours.

Chartered Institute of Arbitrators

What it is
An international professional membership organisation representing alternative dispute resolution.

What this means to you
By completing our Commercial Mediation Training you will be eligible to apply for membership to the Charted Institute of Arbitrators.

Elcas

What it is
The Enhanced Learning Credits Administration Service offers financial support and promotes learning for members of the armed forces.

What this means to you
UK Mediation are approved learner providers to ELCAS meaning you can be assured we meet the MOD's training provision standards.

IMI Certified Mediator

What it is
IMI Certified Mediators form a worldwide community of experienced mediators.

What this means to you
IMI is the only international professional body for mediation, establishing high practice and approval standards worldwide. As a body that does not provide mediation services, IMI is uniquely able to endorse professional competency. IMI Certification crosses national boundaries and is recognised worldwide.

EU Code of Conduct for Mediators

What it is
We subscribe to the EU Code of Conduct for Mediators.

What this means to you
This means that our mediators follow a number of principles as well as teaching these principles to our mediation trainees. The Code has also influenced our very own UK Mediation Code of conduct.

ADR International Register

What it is
The ADR International Register certifies Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practitioners & their companies worldwide, and is 100% independent.

What this means to you
UK Mediation includes ADR certified practitioners. Trained and highly experienced stand-out mediators, who work to the code of conduct of the International Register, who comply with annual CPD requirements, and are subject to its rules and procedures.
